For club shop requests, please provide a list of items required below. Please include the following details:

• Name & colour of items required
• Branding amendments required - i.e University of St Andrews Football Club crest to be used in place of regular University crest, Saints Football in place of Saints Sport etc
•  Optional or mandatory embellishment extras required for products - i.e initials offered/required on club hoodies
