The majority of orders placed online are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for production of your order.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, in the case of returns by post, and 28 days of receipt, in the case of returns to store.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Items that have been personalised, for example with additional print or embroidery, are non-returnable unless faulty and within the manufacturers stated warranty period.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the labels and barcode tags intact.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
